Township of Readington, New Jersey
The police department has received complaints of motorized vehicles being operated on township property, specifically, trails that were created for walking, bicycling and horseback riding. Readington Township has the following ordinance which prohibits this.

§ 168-22 Use of Vehicles
No person shall use any portion of a township park for purposes of way, except drives, parking areas, roadways, paths, walks and trails established for such purpose by the Committee; footpaths, walks and trails established for pedestrian, bicycle or horseback traffic shall not be used for motorized vehicular travel.
